A self-taught craftsman, Shuvo began his creative journey in 2014 as a cosplayer, transforming his passion for character design into a full-time creative career. Over the years, he has produced 1000 props and costumes for major brands, TVCs, and films—earning recognition for his precision, storytelling, and craftsmanship.

With a growing portfolio of 500 miniatures and dioramas, Shuvo combines fine detail with practical functionality, bringing worlds to life in tangible form. 

As a Puppet-Making (Prop & Costume) Supervisor for Ogopogo Studios, Shuvo now shares his experience with new makers and students—bridging traditional handcraft with modern animation production. His work embodies creativity, discipline, and a deep love for building stories you can touch.

Course Module

Learn the tricks of how to make your own stop-motion puppets, techniques on how to make mini costumes, or miniature props and sets. By the end of the course you will be able to build your own miniature wonders. Top-performing students from this course will be offered internships and potential job placements at Mayapur Studios or Ogopogo Studios.

Module 1: Puppet Making – Tools & Armature Learn essential materials and tools while designing and constructing a basic puppet armature for animation.

Module 2: Puppet Construction & Testing Build and refine your stop-motion-ready puppet with proper structure, sculpted features, and joint testing.

Module 3: Set, Model & Prop Making (Part 1) Explore set-building fundamentals, understand scale, and design small exterior set elements.

Module 4: Set, Model & Prop Making (Part 2) Construct interior set elements and create your first prop piece through guided feedback.

Module 5: Painting & Weathering Apply painting and weathering techniques to bring sets and props to life with realistic textures.

Module 6: Set Assembly & Rigging Assemble the full set, practice puppet rigging, and troubleshoot common setup challenges.

Module 7: DIY & Hand Crafting Experiment with DIY handcrafting methods to enhance creativity and build custom accessories.
Module 8: Film & Cosplay Props Design and finish props suited for film or cosplay, emphasizing safety, presentation, and craftsmanship.
